An example using settings available in eunoos. A rule runs in one direction; create another rule for the reverse direction.

Fewer overlaps. A work event can block the same time in your personal calendar.

Less oversharing. Busy-only is the default, while other detail modes remain available.

Set it up in three steps

Choose the calendars and the information to copy. eunoos then keeps the copies updated.

  1. 1

Use Google to identify your eunoos account. Calendar permission is not requested yet.

  2. 2

    Connect calendars

Grant calendar access only when you connect the Google accounts you want to use.

  3. 3

    Create a sync rule

Pick a source, a destination, privacy and filters. Each rule runs one way.

Choose what gets copied

Busy-only is the default. You can change the mode per rule when the destination needs more context.

Busy only

Default

Copies the time slot with a generic Busy title. No source title, description or guests.

Custom title

Copies the time slot with a title you choose for that rule.

Details, marked private

Copies event details and marks the destination event private.

Full copy

Copies event details when both calendars are suitable for that information.

You keep control

Permissions, filters and exit paths are visible before you rely on the sync.

Permission in stages

Sign-in uses identity access. Calendar access is requested separately for each connection.

Skip what should stay out

Declined invitations and #nosync events are excluded. All-day and free events are configurable.
